Goodbye Wallnote , Hi Nutshell

I blog about Wallnote this notes and todo list service that make use of active desktop, today i receive a newsletter from wallnote , the email mention that

Wallnote’s time has come. When I heard Microsoft stopped supporting Active Desktop, I designed a better way to keep you organized. Say hi to Nutshell.

Nutshell is the service that replace Wallnote , it have the same feature like Wallnote , allow you to add notes and todo ,the new feature that i saw is the searching feature, which allow you to use some keyword to speed up the searching, example “Del Ahknight” to search my post in del.icio.us

Can Nutshell replace Wallnote ?
