• They call me on 9am + in the morning and told me i can collect my keyboard already, the guy even remind me the shop open after 11am,  +1
• On time, i thought i can only collect on thursday or friday and maybe i even need to call them myself to check is it ready, but nope ! from the day i send until the day i collect , is total 3 day. +1
• This time when i reach the shop, they are using the number calling device ! yeah +1
• the service staff explain to me that it is 1 to 1 exchange , but they need to send my keyboard to apple in order to get a replacement one, thats the main reason why it take 3~5 biz day. +1
• the servie staff connect the keyboard and let me test it, when i have some doubt , he even explain to me why the keyboard behave like that. +1

overall this time i have a much better experience, kudos for today service staff !

My keyboard is weird since last week, the “Y” key is die on Saturday, so any time that i need to type a “Y” , i just google and copy from the web, don’ be suprize i even complete porting some theme under this condition.

Since i m working some where in orchard , i decided to send my keyboard to ishop for service and understand from where most probably they will just 1 to 1 exchange.After i reach the shop, a friendly cashier told me how to progress it, i need to get a ticket at another front counter.

The ticket number i getting it say “Now serving 150 and my Ticket number is 153” , but when i look at the service area, it seem like the 3 counter all without customer , i think maybe those staff are working on something , later one of the staff wave her hand to call me over, geez there is a number display devide but no one using it ? anyway the staff help me log a report and i been told need to wait for 3~5 biz day, i was like huh , how come like that  ? the staff never reply or giving any comments , so i got no choice and just continue the process , the staff never check whats wrong with the keyboard also and just finish all the paper work.

I m not sure am i overreact but this is really an unpleasant experience.

• there are number calling device but not in use ? if i didn’t see the staff waving , i might just stand there and silly wait for my number
• i m not sure is this standard or not but from my view , keyboard this kind of device should be 1 to 1 exchange ? imagine if i don’t have keyboard , what i can use for this 3~5 biz day ?
• no checking , again i m not sure is this standard that they staff won’t check whats wrong with device ?

anyway windows keyboard on mac is really weird !

No doubt that firefox is getting more market share but create an EDM that can’t view under IE doesn’t really looks good. Example for myself , sometime i will need to rush some EDM, i might not check the logic on page by page, but at least i will show each page on IE to make sure at least is viewable. Now the problem is not just because of css isse and make it show slightly different under different browser, it’s totally nothing show under IE, which mean the person that design this EDM never ever load on IE to see once, assume that the person that design this is on Mac platform, but i believe at least you need to check hows your EDM show under IE.

So what cause this ? i drill int source to take a look, this happen because there is <style> tag accidentally key in before close of head tag, this is the reason it stop the IE to load it.

The EDM i believe it’s out for few day, this is wierd that no fix has been done, is either none of the people report ? or there are no one checking the performance of this EDM, Your target is not just mac user or firefox user, your target should be everyone that surfing net.
