Migration & page rank

The migration for this blog is done since yesterday, just like what i mention on my previous post , so this blog now is hosted on webfaction , i think i will blog about webfaction soon , since this is the 2nd time i going back to them.

So far the rest of the blog and site has been migrate over smoothly , not really have any problem, but i still facing how to consolidate all the wordpress blog issue, i want to make it one code base , multiblog on it, so i can have lesser problem to maintain it.

Just when i done the migration and reading some news , find out that the page rank is start adjusting again, take a look my blog, now still page rank 2 only, sigh . I kind of expetect this , for the past 6 month , most of the time every month have 1 digit number of posts , imagine 1 month 30 days i only have less then 10 post, i still can recall when i on ahknight.net domain, the best page rank i getting before is page rank 5, i m still aiming on this.

Due to work from home, this month seem like i blog a lot, i just hope this can be maintain because tomorrow is “back to work” day !

Page rank is migrated

The page rank on imknight.net is moving to imknight.net slowly, but quite disappointed that imknight.net is only on page rank 2, this is falling from page rank 5 , 3 level high.

Although i know that google is punished those selling link blog, but so far i never have these thing on my blog , although i did register the TLA service, but so far no one bought my link before, i really doubt that is this page rank drop related to this ?

lets see how long it takes for me to climb back page 5 again. This is not the first time, It happen to me long long time ago .

I can’t stop myself from shouting when i find out my blog page rank had risen two days ago. This is something that i want to archieve for some time.

Jan 04 – Blog started using http://knight.surf.net.my
Jan 05 – Page Rank 3 and getting imknight.net as my domain
Jun 05 – Page Rank 4 on https://imknight.net
Jun 06 – I having Page Rank 3 on https://imknight.net and Page Rank 4 on https://imknight.net, to standardized my page rank and to support No wwww , i used a wordpress redirect plugin to redirect all my traffic to https://imknight.net
Jul 06 – Closing of Getspot and foward the traffic and content to imknight.net
Aug 06 – Page Rank still maintained on 3, while i changed my preferred domain URL format @ Google Webmaster Central

Finally on 10 Jan 07 , https://imknight.net is now on Page Rank 5

Page Rank 4

Finally, 2 of the project that i work is raising their page rank from 0 to 4 ..

not really that much but i m quite happy for it, it prove that i did work something out .. Oh It might be some help from this blog too , even my ajax demo site is going to page rank 3 .. haha but the only thing its this blog page rank still remain at 4 , need to work hard more ..
