Before i provide this open source photo album service, i was thinking to beta test first and to see what to tweak ..
basiclly now
- each register member getting 20mb space to upload image
- because its beta , when it offcial launch all the photo might been wipe off
- currently gif file is not support

- No porn pic is allowed
- hotlinking is on for testing purpose
- Email verify is not require
