Just saw LCF’s blog It seem Downloader ( ppl who always download) in singapore will going to have lots of issue
Accoriding the news , Its ok for download one song or one movie but not 1000 of it … :P
other then this singapore seem start to cap the p2p download speed, lots of complain from user about their p2p download speend been cap below 30kb …
