I m a long time remember the milk’s supporter , i subscribe as RTM Pro for a year until May 2009 and stop for a few month to try up different GTD solutions, but it seem like no other solutions are better than rtm in term of syncing with mobile device, therefor i m back as RTM Pro during last year Dec promo.

I receive my account expiry soon notification some time ago , which is impossible since my subscription just past 3 month . I send in my first official support ticket and the respond was really disappointed.

  • I filed my support ticket 13 days ago.
  • 3 days later they reply asking for my paypal transaction id
  • I find it strange and i wonder why not they just check my order history ?  but i still reply the email with my paypal transaction id.
  • They came back again re-confirmation of my paypal email.
  • Due to my work load, I miss out the email and reply it 2 day later
  • They went missing for few day
  • I question it on my twitter and the forum
  • No one from RTM give me a reply but a support email incoming
  • Problem resolved.

For sure I m not happy with their support level, there are no reply on my twitter status and my thread in forum. If this is how they support users , i really need to consider an alternative services or application to replace it. Seriously GTD market is quite competitive , RTM you better improve your support before you start losing your users.

I just found this site through some tweets – HostMonk , a website that actually help you to compare different hosting pacakge that provide by different hosting company,  having a proper comparison list like this should be able to help you make decision easier ?

Currently HostMonk only provide dedicated and vps hosting related comparison, but share hosting and cloud hosting will be coming soon, among these 4 type of hosting, i think share hosting comparison should be most headache , i wonder how HostMonk going to sort this out.

I like the design and interface , it looks clean and neat, compare to some of the hosting package website out there, which sidebar full with different hosting company ads, HostMonk give me more comfortable feel if i really want to choose a hosting package through the comparison, but what i think it should added on some mashup, maybe google search result , twitter search result and WHT forum result toward these hosting company/hosting package, so that user can have  better understand on these company, don’t forget other then hardware specification and software compatible, what most of the user concern is the level of support.

I bought the macheist bundle during Jan, but until March then i getting my iMac with leopard and until May i start install some of the macheist application, when i start the install process , i find out that i haven’t get the vector designer serial number, so i just send the support a email to checking on this and i getting the reply today.

yeah, i getting a reply after nearly 2 month, i already found the answer in the forum ,but don’t you think the support really need to be improve ? I have similar case on my flickr account some time ago, but it took flickr reply me after 8 day, i won’t say the time it took it’s reasonable , but 1 month+ is really unacceptable.

Yeah someone told me on flickr forum, a $25 service , what you expect ? maybe i come from service industry before but i would tell you , today even is just a $2 service , you should give a reasonable support else you might losing more customer on this.
