as per the winning list , OpenOffice.org seem like the big winner, too bad for drupal and moodle , if there is best web base project and best web base project for educators, i think drupal and moodle will win it. Anyway it looks to me still a bit funny where M$ logo is display as diamond sponsor … hmmm…
