ICQ can’t Start ?
Yes, i having this problem
every time after i start the icq program
it will loading….. then the whole program gone
so what i do its choose the ICQ DB administrator
which come with the latest ICQ version
and choose to fix the database
after the process is done and the ICQ its working again
