Happen to saw this software on some magazine, its a FREE antivirus from German - AntiVir Personal Edition, althought its a free software, you can still update the virus definition.
hmmmmm i should spend more time on freeware site ? might dig some good software like this ?

Presence of S32luhl1.dll file
To delete the S32luhl1.dll file and the Settings.LiveUpdate file
Look in the C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate folder for the S32luhl1.dll file. If the file exists, then delete it.

Do you try before when you uninstall norton antivirus , it will ask for your password ?
The above answer should be if no one ever changed the default password, the default is “symantec”
