Since most of my aim of this year is achieve, currently my main focus will be on lost weight, i failed a few time , i just hope that this time i can make it. Its all started after i read A life-saving journey from XL to M . My gal encourage me to note it down , so that this can make a good reminder to myself everytime when i thinking of give up.
- Current : 97.7 KG ( damn ! this is the fattest for my entire life )
- Target : Below 70KG ( 1st target is below 90 KG in 2 Month , step by step)
i think other then the final target , i should set all these small target to encourage myself, i shall start by these
- No more soft drink and dessert ( start since last week so far ok , but still drinking a bit of ice lemon tea)
- Trying to eat standard portion in stead of addtional ( so far since last week ok too, no more add rice or 2 pack of food )
- some exercise ( this part i agree i m lazy currently using OTO trimax to make my tummy smaller while playing Final Fantasy 10 on PS2 )
- medical help ( getting advice from doctor and taking some pill to increase my metabolism )
lets hope when the time i post the next post will be some improve figure in stead of giving up post
