We all know that wordpress can be use for blog and photo blog .. what other thing can we use wordpress to do ?
Make a link directory
- using Meta Post URL to form a link meta data which will appear after the post title
- using Custom Field GUI to work with Meta Post URL, so there will be a special field there for you to fill in the url
- using Customizable Categories Listing to customr the cateogry listing, this is useful to form a proper front page
- using Static Front Page to force the reader will visit the static page as a main page
the advantage of this link directory is you can add in tag feature, rss feed this link directory which i believe only phplinkdirectory having some of these feature
Make a rss feed aggregator
- using feedwordpress to fetch other blog rss
- using customize post listing for customize hows the post should look like, this should be able to make the blog look like lilina or gregarius
