ak-subscribe how to ?

Another post for my ak-subscribe plugin special for Rafa ~

so again lets skip the step that download,unzip and activate :

1. click on the presentation button
2. you will see theme and theme editor this 2 button, click on the theme editor
3. this should show all the file that your current using themes
4. look for a file call Sidebar Template( by using kubrick as example ) , click on it ( it should display as sidebar.php)
5. so now choose a proper place that you want to show these subscribe button , and insert this code
   <?php subscribe_display() ?>
6. same thing apply if you want to insert to display bookmark
   <?php bookmark_list() ?>
7. so save the theme and now the subscribe button will show on the location that you place your code
8. if without these code, the subscribe button will show on wp_meta, the block that show login
