Just saw a post that mention about the partnership btw Google and Sun Microsystems , a lot of hu-ha when the user find out that the partnership is not aiming for "Google Office" - an idea using all the office suite on web.
there are even people thought Google might sponsor StarOffice and make it free, same like the recently example - free Opera which looks funny to me, Google make Opera free so that Opera signed search referral deal ( same idea like once you login IE the first site it prompt its MSN ) . i don’t see what Google can gain for making Staroffice free.
oh .. forget to mention this while waitining for the Google OS and Google Office, maybe we can give it a try of other web office suite
p/s the next day after i make this post, Google Declare War On Microsoft been posted , mention Google will make spreadsheet and word-processing software online .. Wooooooo
