after i blog about Open Source & Plog Vs MT , i getting some feed back from Danny and LCF … then i have think about this issue again before i write this blog.
i think what i need to say is Open Source != Free , i don’t deny that being free is one of the best feature of open source but if everyone have the thinking that Open Source = Free , i think lots of Open Source project will have tough way to go ..
Danny mention about the WordPress as example , but do you actually heard about this , WordPress actually host some article to game the Google Adwords program. Compare to this, Fckeditor its going by a proper channel to get fund.
what i try to say is respect these Open Source Project and give some positive support , don’t use it just because its free and keep yelling to the developer for fulfill your need , Free is for Freedom not for FOC !

Just when i feel a bit dissapointed on how people think about Open Source, Drupal - one of the famous open source CMS is getting donation in 13 hour for the replacement server , read the detail at current durpal temp site, Cheers for Open Source !
