Leaving My First Job

Yesterday was the last day for me at this company .. lots of colleague ask me hows the feeling ? i would say its  more like combining the sad and happy with some freedom feeling ..

this is my first job, i been working here for one and half year , this might be not a long period, but i did put in a lot of effort to build my relationship , when i leaving that evening, i shake most of the colleague hand before i leave, the sadness is the same as the day i leave melbourne ..

another question that a lot of colleague ask me is "if the boss ask u to stay by rasing pay, will u ?" , i give a confrim answer " I won’t " , before i tender, i still a bit uncertain why am i leaving, just purely because of the pay ? but after tender and i keep repeat consider this issue, i come out some answer

  • first still the salary issue, increase is little, when i work like shit for them and no one appreciate
  • when you be responesible and people will just take your advantage, can you imagining a IT guy have to supervise renovation ?
  • unreasonable boss ? which boss will start bittorent in company and need you to tell him to stop ? show u the middle fingure when you advice him on something ..
  • work become too routine, nothing new to me
  • i wish to learn from one .. best is have a team
  • i wish to explore the outside world more when i still young
  • i don’t wish to stay in office enviroument

lots of colleague i wish to thx , they guide me when i still fresh and give me lots of advice, i learning lots of thing through them  .. , farewell for my first job …

Hope you find a better place that appreciates you. I had the same bittersweet feeling when I left my first job. But my boss was kind, the environment was cool. But I needed some change in perspective. All the best :)
