Its been sometime i wish to test up all these so-call blog add on tools, or some of these been call social software.
First should be Flickr, althought it recently been acquire by Yahoo, but i think there wont be any change for the current Flickr, the most they add the successful feature of Flickr into Yahoo 360, so what so good about Flickr ? From the outlook you might just think that its just another photo album site ? thats a wrong idea, Flickr Not only a photo album site, the developer make it work closely with blog, and add in features like RSS, tag and you even can start your own moblog. see my sidebar for how Flickr work on my site.
Second should be del.icio.us, the famous social bookmarking. what this service doing is allow you to add your own bookmark online, rss, tag and comment feature been added too, lots of blogger sharing their bookmark through this service, if you doing some research, lots of blogging script have the hack/plugin for allow display del.icio.us bookmark on their own blog. my hosting is without a curl module , so basiclly i can’t show del.icio.us bookmark, but you guys can check my del.icio.us
last will be the Gravatar, this service take the email as a hash value to show the email holder avatar, which mean as long as any blog is Gravatar Enable, when you leave comment with the proper email, your avatar will be show. you can sign up the Gravatar while leaving comment on my blog, my blog is Gravatar Enable
