This morning, i getting some project from my boss again, after some prepare i reliase that i need a resize program to resize a batch of image file to small pic and i found this program Resize.
It did the job, resize whole batch of file in very short time, but it only support bmp and jpg ..
did some search on this personal web site, it seem like he did develop some other tools also, example a animation tools which can produce stick figure animation ..

if you’re using winxp, there’s something out of their powertoy set that allows you to resize a bunch of images by just right clicking them. been around for quite awhile too. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
