Claim Back Through Paypal

Another draft post, finally make it publish ..

i blog about file a paypal complain some time ago , and ShaolinTiger did comment about http://www.paypalsucks.com/ , ya i know about this site too .. but after some time i did manage to claim back the $$

so i think is good to share how to file a complain ..  

1. login your paypal account, go to resolution center
2. click File a Claim , then click continue
3. continue to provide transaction id then wait for paypal staff to process it
4. remember to keep all the email if paypal ask for relevant information
5. you must file the claim in 45 days
6. if the seller never answer in 10 days, paypal will direct deduct $$ from them and return the $$ to you

heres my case , i email the guy why the server suspend already but they still charge on me ? the guy keep refuse to answer me, so i file a claim  thru paypal, the guy continue to reply me through email .. and i believe he never reply the claim from paypal too, 10 day later payal direct minus $$ from his paypal account and return it to me .. paypal might be really sux but i would say i did manage to get back my $$ ..
