VHCS 2.4 release

Its been sometime since VHCS start the 2.4 beta, finally it release the stable version ..

 Functionality added or changed:
* All SQL Queries are recoded to prevent SQL injections and for better performance - special thanks to Cliff Wells

* new htaccess management

* several improvements and small bugfixes (see bugtracker)

it seem like time for me to upgrade this for my server …  try the beta here
