What is Wikalong ? its a firefox plugin which allow you to leave comment ( in wiki style) for a web site, example when you visit a site, then you wish to leave comment about this site, then you can use this plugin, i think there is a plugin for IE last time to do the same thing but can’t remember what program already
so download the Wikalong and visit M$ site , hehe you will get some useful information

OMG! I can’t believe that you link to Wikalong, but didn’t even make an entry for yourself!
Also… of note is that wikalong can now be used with browsers other than FF, using stuff that other people have developed. In Safari, I use the pop-up version found here:
