after reading so many resume and getting frustrated … this is how i filter these resume
over age of 30 - out , i need some one young
can’t speak chinese - out, HQ in taiwan ..
send by using jobsdb feature - out, too lazy
can’t start work immdiately - out , pls i need to quit liao u must take over immdiately
asking for high payment - out, pls even myself also low payment
more …
- don’t just send a blank email with your resume attachment
- don’t send a over decorate resume
- don’t send a no decorate resume
- choose a formal photo to attach with your resume
- don’t just foward a email which contain your resume
- don’t paste your detail in email only, make it a doc file
- don’t use capital for your whole resume
- try to send a nice, neat resume, in point form with bullet list will be better
- don’t use your gf/bf email to send resume
- don’t use jobsdb feature to send email, write a email with resume attach will be a better way
- don’t simply change the job title in advertisement

Where did you post the advert that you are talking about? I have not seen it, so, I am preety annoyed with your rambling in this post.
For starters, you should have indicated in the adverts of your no-nos!
a) Need some one young, below 30.
b) Speaks chinese, HQ in taiwan.
c) Can start work immediately, you’re resigning. Maybe give start date.
d) Maximum pay offered!
Automatically, you could eleminate un-necessary applicants!

ahah those are not in bullet listing is my personal criteria, it don’t really match the title, but
a) Need some one young, below 30 - ya my fault for never put it ..
b) Speaks chinese, HQ in taiwan - mention need to be fluent in eng and madarin in the adv, yet still got non madarin speaker send over
c) Can start work immediately, youâre resigning. Maybe give start date. - mention in the adv that need to start work immidiately
d) Maximum pay offered! - mmmm this one a bit arguable, i mention the job is open for diploma and fresh graduate .. so by using simple logic, i can’t afford for those max pay …
btw not that i don’t want to which advertisement is that . but that will tell where am i working .. not that good ar ..
