Wallop & Yahoo 360

Recently get the invitation for Wallop & Yahoo 360 through a taiwan blog, its excited when i know that i get the invitation, but its dissapointed after i try out both.

Lets talk about Wallop first, the whole site is build by flash, and it seem hard to manage, i feel that is not user friendly at all, and what m$ try to do is throwing what ever they can do, blog, photo sharing, music … , after testing for 20 min, i still no idea how to close the action bar at the bottom

For Yahoo 360 , i heard a lot of bad review before this, after i test on it , i agreed for most of the review about this, just like Wallop , it throw in tons of related service, and worse even combine the email service in ( because you need a yahoo ID to test it, so the email account which attach on this particular ID will bring in this service too )

Wallop allow you to import your own blog RSS but Yahoo 360 don’t have any RSS feature yet, if Yahoo 360 implement the RSS feature, it should be better then Wallop. Because it can let you looks more like a personel homepage , neat & clean.

one of the problem is i activate the Yahoo 360 simple url feature but till now its still not working, i wonder is a bug or not. Forget to mention both site having the feature friend network, just like friendster , trying to prove the six degree of seperation ?

if you can’t host up your own blog script( no programming/web/code knowledge), Yahoo 360 might be good choice to you, if you can, still host up your owb blog script better, for me ? i will stick on wordpress for sure.
